Students partner with industry practitioners to support community volunteerism

Students enrolled in universities participating in The HUB collaboration may join corporate employees who volunteer in the universities' surrounding communities. By combining volunteer activities, students network with industry practitioners while bringing increased resources and knowledge in support of community programs and initiatives. Additionally, student groups engaged in community programs in areas of industry expertise, such as business plan development, project management, finance, etc., may leverage companies participating in The HUB collaboration to provide feedback on their efforts.

Industry professionals oftentimes volunteer to participate on project review committees and other forums that help students better understand how to apply their knowledge to real-world business environments.
